Where is DefenAge sold, and why does it matter where I purchase?
DefenAge products are available through defenage.com, authorized medical and aesthetic practices, and a select number of medically-directed aesthetic retail partners. This controlled distribution is intentional. DefenAge formulas contain highly active, clinically validated ingredients that require proper storage and handling to maintain their efficacy and safety. Products sold through unauthorized third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms cannot be verified for authenticity, proper storage conditions, or expiration status. Why does my DefenAge look different from what I see on the website?
If you purchased DefenAge through a medical or aesthetic practice and your packaging looks different from what you see on defenage.com, you may have received the DefenAge PRO Exclusive Line. The PRO Exclusive Line features a distinctive silver and platinum bottle and is available exclusively through authorized medical and aesthetic practices. It is not sold online. These formulas are enhanced versions of DefenAge's original purple retail line, developed specifically for use under the guidance of a medical professional. The PRO Exclusive Line contains a significantly higher concentration of Age-Repair Defensins®, making it DefenAge's most powerful offering. If you have been using the PRO Exclusive Line and would like to continue, we recommend staying with your provider for ongoing access. When will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, processing typically begins the same business day. Domestic shipments within the continental United States typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipment. Estimated transit times for all shipping methods are displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you can monitor its progress anytime using our order tracking page. United States Free standard shipping is available on retail orders of $60 or more shipped within the continental United States. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Canada Orders shipped to Canada are subject to a flat shipping fee of $23.00 USD. DefenAge covers applicable customs clearance and duty charges for eligible Canadian orders, so under normal circumstances, no additional customs duties are required upon delivery. What is your return policy?
DefenAge stands behind every product. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for products purchased through defenage.com. Returns can be processed as a refund to your original payment method or as store credit. If you select store credit, DefenAge covers the cost of return shipping on your behalf. If you select a refund to your original payment method, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. How do I redeem my Skin Club rewards points or gifts?
Redeeming your Skin Club points or gifts is a quick five-step process. Follow these steps carefully to ensure your discount is applied at checkout. Step 1: Log in Log in to your DefenAge account. Step 2: Access your rewards Click the gold rewards bar in the bottom right corner of the page, or go to "My Account" and select "DefenAge Skin Club Rewards." Step 3: Redeem and copy your code Scroll down to "Rewards," click "Redeem" on your desired reward or gift, and copy your unique promo code. A copy of your promo code will also be emailed to you for easy reference. Step 4: Open your shopping bag Close the Rewards window and open your shopping bag. Step 5: Apply your code Paste your promo code into the "Promo Code" section of the shopping bag to apply your discount or gift. I redeemed my rewards points but did not receive my discount — what happened?
Your discount may not have applied because the promo code was not pasted into the shopping bag before checkout. Redeeming your points generates a unique promo code, but it must be manually entered into the "Promo Code" section of your shopping bag to apply. The good news: a copy of your promo code was emailed to you at the time of redemption. Simply check your email, copy the code, and apply it to your next order. When do my points expire?
Your Skin Club points expire 12 months after your most recent DefenAge purchase. Staying active in the program by making a purchase at least once a year keeps your points active and your rewards intact. DefenAge will send you email notifications alerting you when your points are approaching their expiration date, so you have time to redeem them before they expire.
