Once or twice a week after washing your hands, dry your skin thoroughly. Apply a dollop of the hydrating hand cream masque, about the size of a quarter, to both hands and the same amount of masque on both elbows. Using dry fingertips, gently massage the masque in a circular motion for 20 seconds or less, depending on skin sensitivity. Wait 2 minutes. With moistened fingertips, massage until the crystals are completely dissolved. Rinse treated areas thoroughly. We recommend applying the hand moisturizer masque on the elbows before showering for easy wash-off.
Not recommended for extremely sensitive or irritated skin.
STEP TWO - Moisturizing

Once or twice daily, smooth onto skin as desired. For enhanced results, apply DefenAge 8-in-1 BioSerum to elbows, knees, back of hands and other targeted areas.
