If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund or store credit, you will need to arrange your return before the end of this period, please contact Customer Service. All purchased bottles, tubes and containers must be returned. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Any returned items will remain the customer’s responsibility until received by DefenAge and a refund will not be issued before that time. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of purchase. Refund or store credit will be issued within 2 business days after returned items are received in our office.
A free pre-paid return shipping label will be provided upon request for all store credit returns. A blank shipping label with our return address will be provided for customers returning for a refund. Refund requests will not receive a pre-paid label.
