After cleansing, while the skin is still moist from rinsing, pump a drop of radiant under-eye treatment onto the applicator. Lightly dab three dots of dark circle eye cream above and below each eye. Using the applicator, massage cream around the eyes.

"So 3 stars if for the packaging. This is the 3rd time I have bought this and the cap becomes lose and does not stay on and the clear plastic around the bottle has come off.
