Twice daily after cleansing, place up to 2 pumps of cream onto fingertips. While skin is still moist, lightly massage with fingertips over entire face. Avoid eye area.

Daily: AM | PM
We recommend using the 7X Calming Complex in full for 10–14 days. Apply a pea-sized amount of serum to your fingertips and gently massage onto the face using light, upward motions.
