DefenAge’s 'About You' Contest
- Eligibility: No Purchase Necessary. This contest is open to current DefenAge-authorized practices and official distributors only. The offer is void wherever prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules.
- How to Enter - Between March 10 and March 31, 2021:
- • Post your favorite photo or video of yourself on your Instagram page and share why you offer DefenAge to your patients in your practice.
- • Follow @defenageskincare on Instagram, if you have profiles there.
- • You must use the hashtag #DefenageAboutYou. This is how DefenAge will be able to track all entries.
- • Tag a minimum of 3 friends in the comments (unlimited tags, one friend per comment).
- • You can enter once with one post, or up to 5 times by making 5 posts.
- Prizes: Two Grand Prizes of $500 DefenAge store credit for your professional DefenAge account. Prizes will be coordinated with the winner once they are randomly selected and contact has been made. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made.
- Winner Selection: Authorized personnel of DefenAge will select the prize winner via a random drawing of all eligible entries between April 1-6th, 2021. The winner will be notified via an Instagram direct message. The winner will have two (2) business days to respond via the Instagram direct message or any other method as specified in the notification message, beginning on the day of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.
- Public Use: By participating in this contest, you agree that the images submitted can be used by DefenAge on our website and social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release their name and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
- Restrictions: No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of DefenAge. By participating in the contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to, and accepts, these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
- Limitation of Liability: DefenAge is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical, or other errors in any giveaway-related materials. By participating in this giveaway and accepting a prize, the winner agrees that DefenAge and its shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, prize suppliers, and promotion agencies shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the giveaway or resulting from the winner’s participation in the giveaway. DefenAge reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway as determined by DefenAge in its sole discretion. DefenAge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the rules of the giveaway.
