How do I redeem my rewards?
- Step 1: Log in to your account and go to "My Account."
- Step 2: Go to "DefenAge Skin Club Rewards" and press the greyed-out tab, "My Rewards" on right hand side of page.
- Step 3: Select any reward you'd like to redeem and follow the prompts.
- Step 4: Copy and paste code into the "Promo Code" section of the shopping bag.
How do I use my points?
If you are a Glamorous Gold Member, you must accumulate 500 points before your first $25 OFF coupon is available for redemption. Please refer to Benefits Chart above.
How do I receive my birthday bonus points?
- Step 1: Log in to your account and go to "My Account."
- Step 2: Go to "DefenAge Skin Club Rewards" and press the greyed out tab, "Earn Points."
- Step 3: Click Birthday Bonus and Enter your Birthday. Please contact customer service if your birthday is less than 7 days away in order to receive birthday points.
When do my points expire?
Your points expire 12 months after your most recent DefenAge purchase. You will receive email notifications alerting you when your points are about to expire.
