HOW TO REDEEM SKIN CLUB REWARDS
The DefenAge® Skin Club rewards and points are redeemed through promo codes that can be entered into your shopping bag in the "PROMO CODES" field.
Here's how each different reward type works:
Welcome Gift
To receive your Welcome Gift of a 2-week supply of 8-in-1 BioSerum, there is a minimum purchase requirement of at least $45. Once you add the Welcome Gift promo code to your bag, the reward will be automatically added.
Points for Discount Coupons
You accumulate points through purchases and other activities for points. Each discount coupon requires a different amount of points to redeem. Once you redeem a discount coupon and apply the code to your bag, the discount will be automatically taken off your subtotal. You can use multiple discount coupons per order.
Perfection Platinum Gift
A minimum purchase of $7 is required to take advantage of your Perfection Platinum Gift, which is a travel-friendly Fly Kit. Once you add the Perfection Platinum Gift promo code to your bag, the reward will be automatically added.
120 Day Gift
A minimum purchase of $7 is required to take advantage of your 120 Day Gift, which is any sample size product of your choice. Once the code is applied to your shopping bag, a pop-up window will come up where you can select your gift. You cannot use more than one 120 Day Gift promo code per order.
VIP Gift
A minimum purchase of $7 is required to take advantage of your VIP Gift, which is any individual full size item of your choice. Once the code is applied to your shopping bag, a pop-up window will come up where you can select your gift.
Please follow the steps below to redeem and apply your rewards and points.
Step 1
After login, click on the gold Skin Club Rewards button in the lower right hand corner -OR- go to "My Account" and select "DefenAge® Skin Club Rewards."
Step 2
Click on the tab that says "MY REWARDS."
Step 3
Click "VIEW DETAILS" (or the point amount required to redeem a discount coupon) in the purple box under the reward.
Step 4
It will ask if you wish to redeem the reward. Click "Confirm."
Step 5
Press the small gray square next to the code to copy your unique promo code, which will also be emailed to you once redeemed.
Step 6
Close out of the Skin Club Rewards box and click on the shopping bag icon (you should have product in your shopping bag already).
Step 7
Right click and paste promo code. Click "APPLY PROMO CODE." The promo code must be entered exactly as is, with all of the numbers and dashes included, for it to be successfully applied.
Success! You are now ready to checkout!
